Today is my birthday!

Today is my birthday and I am going to football practice and bringing cupcakes for my teammates. I am nine years old today.  My party was in August because my sister's birthday is then. We went to the zoo and had a good time. I got these things called hex bugs. They are robots that crawl on the floor and in their habitat.  I got a knife for whittling wood. I used my knife to whittle a soap boat.

Going to the library

We went to the library today and we got some books.  When we were done at the library we went to see my Dad at work. Then we ate with him at Chick-fil-a.  Then after we ate my Dad had to go back to work. Then me, my mom and my sister went home and I read a book from the library.  It was a really fun day.

A trip to the zoo

Saturday we went to the zoo and it was fun.  We saw everything from lions to fish.   It was amazing to see all the animals.  My favorite animals were the sharks.  My second favorite animals were the bears. There were Kodiaks, spectacled bears and black bears.  My third favorite animal was the tiger.  Overall it was very cool.

What I like about history

What I like about history the best is the Roman empire because it is very historic and I like that.  I also like the Greek gods Poseidon, Zeus, and Hades.  What I like second are the vikings because they are rough, tough, and powerful. I also liked the gods Freya, Thor, Tyr, and Odin.  I like the crusaders because they fought for Christianity and I follow Christianity.   History is my favorite subject.

My favorite movie

My favorite movie is Spider-man because it has action and I like action.  I like the characters Spider-man, Peter Parker and Mary Jane. New York is where it was set in.  Venom, Sandman, Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus are the bad guys.  Spider-man defeated Sandman with water and Venom with vibration and Doctor Octopus by destroying his suit and Green Goblin by defeating him with his own weapon.  In every movie Spider-man wins!

Rain, rain, go away!

I wish the rain would go away!  If it doesn't stop raining I will go nuts.  It's May 18 and it should be sunny in my opinion.  If it was sunny out I would be playing with my friends.  Too bad for me.  If the rain does not stop raining by June 21 I'll pull my hair out!

First Holy Communion

This Sunday I had my First Holy Communion.  My whole family came to see me.  I received Jesus Christ.   We went to Olive Garden after church.  After we ate lunch my grandparents came over to our house.  My big day was over and everyone left.
